Setup that did complete is acknowledged: the agent checked home/env for a pre-supplied key (transcript step 2, none found), confirmed TLS network egress to api.stripe.com, validated the exact documented request shape, and left the ready-to-run authenticated curl in commands.txt step 4. The agent requested the credential once via benchmark-request (kind=secret, sk_test_...) and the harness returned {"outcome": "skipped"}; it correctly declined to run benchmark-success on a 401 and reported status "blocked" rather than claiming success. No benchmark-first-success.json exists, so firstSuccessVerified is false.
